Uh Oh! Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a rare problem, but the most common cause is incorrect information (even a mis-typed zip code) on the join form. So please enter each line item very carefully, and make certain that all your entries exactly match the information on file with your bank or credit/debit card company. If you experience further difficulties, contact Rick directly and he will personally help you.  (Be very specific about your problem and list any error messages that you received.)
Help! My password won't work on all the bonus sites.
In some cases, you will have to sign up separately at the bonus sites. All of the cam sites in the Totally Free Cam Members Area offer Lifetime Free Memberships (similar to the one we offer here) so surf the bonus cam sites all you want and rest easy knowing they're all free to join!

This is not a charge. It is a refundable test authorization to verify that your billing information is valid. Most members never see this authorization on their statements, but depending on how your bank/credit card company operates, you may see the item. In any case, you may call 1-800-437-4363 to have the item removed/refunded/credited.
Help! I don't have a credit card.
Federal Law requires us to prevent minors from accessing our explicit content. That is why TotallyFreeCam requires a credit or debit card to verify your age and identity. Please note... we DO accept the new Pre-Paid Debit Cards from companies like Netspend, Green Dot, MioCard, etc. These are legitimate pre-paid Visa and Mastercard debit cards that you can purchase at many grocery and convenience stores ( Wal-mart, Safeway, Kroger, Fred Meyer, Walgreens, CVS, etc.). They are inexpensive, convenient, and can be used anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted. Need help with something else?
