If your email service provider is not listed, don't worry. The process is usually similar, regardless of which service you use. Simply note our email address *@ifnemail.com as a "trusted source" by adding us to your contact list or address book. Some services, such as Gmail, use a filtering system that allows you to check a box saying "Never Send To Spam." If you need further assistance, please read the help documentation provided by your email service provider.

Uh Oh! Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a rare problem, but the most common cause is incorrect information in the form (even simple things like a mis-typed zip code). So please enter each line item very carefully, and make certain that all your entries exactly match the information on file with your bank or credit/debit card company.

Please note... we do accept Pre-Paid Debit Cards from companies like Netspend, Green Dot, MioCard, etc. These are legitimate pre-paid Visa and Mastercard debit cards that you can purchase over-the-counter at many grocery and convenience stores like (Target, Wal-mart, Safeway, Kroger, Fred Meyer, Walgreens, CVS, etc.). These cards are inexpensive, convenient, and can be used anywhere Visa or Mastercard is accepted.

This is not a charge. As is discussed on our FAQ page, this is a refundable test authorization to verify that your billing information is valid. Most members never see this authorization, but depending on how your bank/credit card company operates, the item may appear on your credit statement.
